This project was a collaborative effort undertaken during a Design Sprint organized by the Design Sprint academy. Our objective was to understand and empathize with the challenges faced by a passionate soccer fan who has limited mobility and struggles to navigate through a stadium, all while desiring to fully experience the match alongside their friends. Through our dedication and creativity, we brainstormed innovative ideas and solutions to ensure that this soccer fan's stadium experience is enhanced and inclusive. By considering their specific needs, we aimed to create a truly enjoyable and inclusive environment, allowing them to participate and share the excitement with their friends. This project has not only been a valuable learning experience but also a chance to make a positive impact on the lives of soccer fans with limited mobility.

This initiative aimed to gather feedback from users regarding their chat experience. In order to achieve this, we implemented a quick and easy method inspired by button surveys used in various locations such as airports and shops. These surveys simply require users to select an emoji that represents their satisfaction level with the interaction. This approach enables anyone to provide feedback effortlessly.

We utilized these metrics to establish a feedback loop that reinforces positive interactions with our language model. Moreover, this strategy proved highly beneficial during the testing of new phrases, interactions, and the integration of local languages like French Canadian, Austrian German, and Brazilian Portuguese.
